A completed four-year baccalaureate degree from an officially accredited higher education institution.

A minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last 60 semester units (or 90 quarter units) of your academic coursework.

Demonstrated multicultural experience and a strong, ongoing commitment to the field of public health.

A comprehensive, professional resume or CV.

A 1-to 2-page statement of purpose stating your career objectives in community health.

At least two letters of recommendation.

Preferred: Two years of public health-related professional or volunteer experience.
