Bio
Dr. Bechkoff is a marketing professor in the Lucas College of Business at San Jose State University as well as a certified [business/social/children's] etiquette consultant. Undergraduate and graduate courses taught include: Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Soft Skills, Introduction to Marketing, Business Communication & Ethics, Business Research & Communication, Marketing Management, B-school Success, Science of Language in Business, and Business Research analytics. She also hosts a business dining etiquette luncheon for the marketing Sbona Honors students every year, and can be found on stage moderating the student panel at the annual Bay Area Retail Conference. Dr. Bechkoff is one of the pioneers of online education in the marketing department at SJSU, has chaired the Department's curriculum committee since Spring 2009, is the former chair of the College curriculum committee (on which she served from 2010-2020), is the current LCoB rep for the Academic Senate Committee on Committees, and serves on the LCoB Retention, Tenure, and Promotion Commitee.
