Score	Performance Criterion:  Define one or more criteria (measures) for answering the question.
10	Identify a proper “measure”.  Include appropriate sketches illustrating all relevant parameters.
7 - 9	Identify a “measure” that can indirectly lead to a more appropriate one.  Sketches illustrate some of the relevant parameters.
5 - 6	Identify what may at first appear as a reasonable “measure” but which may later be shown to be inappropriate. Sketches illustrate some of the relevant parameters.
