San José State University's Pre-College Programs (PCP) have a long history of fostering student success and accessibility into higher education in Silicon Valley. Upward Bound is a member of the Federal TRIO Programs, work with schools, parents, and community organizations to provide a comprehensive network of services, that help participants develop the skills and motivation necessary to complete high school and enter and complete program of post secondary education.
