Bio

Francis Krebs is a clinical social worker practicing in Santa Cruz county. He retired in 2010 after working for the County of Santa Cruz in Child Welfare and then Children's Mental Health since 1990. He currently maintains a private practice and consults for the Homeless Garden Project.
