Abstract: This is a guide to the process fo innovation. It will help people working for reform and renewal at all levels and in diverse circumstances. Even though the examples are drawn mostly from education, the lessons apply to any field. The content of reform and the specific goals of the reformer vary widely. Some concern new developments in administration, classroom management, curriculum, and teaching methods; some may be personal; some may not be educational at all. But whatever the situation, if you have a desire to see change come about and you want to do something to make it happen, then you are a CHANGE AGENT and this book is for you. It tells you how successful innovations happens, and it explains how change agents organize their work to make it happen.
