A stable, reliable, high-speed internet connection is required for your participation in the SJSU MPH Online program. Check with your local service provider(s) to either establish service, or upgrade your present service, if necessary. Dial-up service is not sufficient for this program.

Private wireless connections are fine, but we do not recommend public wireless environments for your classes. They are generally slower and can lead to being “booted out” of class – something that will impede your learning, and is bound to create problems when working in small groups during breakout sessions.
