Exploration and practice of techniques for reducing waste to optimize the value stream in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments. Topics include: Toyota Production System, Value Stream Mapping, 7 Wastes, 5S, Just-in-Time, TPM, Kaizen. Prerequisite: BUS 140 or BUS 145 or ISE 140.
