Extra Credit Options
For up to 15 points, you may prepare one 3-page paper both summarizing the following article and extracting at least 2 insights regarding new sources of discrimination liability of which you were previously unaware (come to class prepared to share your insights on the applicable due date—see below):

You may do any one of these options but not more than one; each is due at the beginning of class the day we cover the related material on the schedule.
