- Reconcile budgets to the CSU Chancellor’s Office and the State Controller’s records

- Oversee the monthly funding distribution of payroll expenditures
- Manage the staff benefits for CSU Operating Fund 70000
- Allocate compensation increases associated with collective bargaining (CSU Operating Fund 70000 only)
- Coordinate the implementation of new or updated campus student fees
