One time funding is always allocated for a designated/specific use. One time budget augmentations are allocated via budget journals from the University Budget Office; they can also be allocated to you from your Division’s Vice President or from another campus department. New one time funding can be for Salary & Wages (S&W) and/or for Operating Expenditures & Equipment (OE&E). If any funding is to be placed in S&W, a portion of the new funding must be identified for matching staff benefits.
