The following list includes CSU Operating Fund compensation increases not covered by the campus compensation pool. Salary increases not awarded through Collective Bargaining, but are the result of decisions made by campus administrators, are expected to be covered by the division/department authorizing the increase. Exceptional circumstances can be brought to the President’s attention or to the attention of the University Planning Council (UPC) for funding consideration as a mandatory campus budget obligation.
