Unless you take specific steps to disencumber unused funds, any unspent portions of blanket purchase orders will remain as encumbrances and become expenditures on June 30th.
The deadline for disencumbering blanket purchase orders is on the Year End Calendar posted each year on the Administrative Systems & Finance
website.
