Because payroll expenditures are only posted once a month to our financial system, salary expenditures for employees who receive their checks during the middle of the month are a month behind. Positive Pay expenses for June will appear in July of the following year.

Employees that are paid mid-month include:

• Graduate Assistants
• Hourly Temporary Help
• Student Assistants
• Work Study Students

Compensation also included as mid-month expenditures includes overtime, shift differentials, and clothing allowances.
