The Center for Development of Recycling
The Center for Development of Recycling (CDR) is the County of Santa Clara's recycling information clearinghouse. CDR is located at SJSU and housed within the Environmental Studies Program. CDR is funded by the County to create and share information about integrated waste management programs throughout its 16 jurisdictions.
