Heather Larson, MS is an expert in residential energy design and building codes. She manages energy efficiency programs and code enhancement projects for the California Investor Owned Utilities, lectures about energy efficiency and solar design, and is a consultant to developers and policy makers on energy codes and standards development and implementation. Ms. Larson received her Master of Design Science in Sustainable Design from the University of Sydney in Australia, and her undergraduate degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley.
