“Applying to the MS in Nutritional Sciences program from San Jose State University was a personal and professional challenge. It was not easy to leave my country, my family, my friends, and my job. But I have no regrets. Besides continuing my never-ending path of knowledge improvement, here in San Jose I've found wonderful people from different cultures, excellent professors, and the opportunity of work as a volunteer within the San Jose community. Since I came to the US, each experience has made me stronger and more confident, and has brought me closer to reaching my goals." |
