MPH Admission Information Meetings

Several information meetings are held between September and March. All face to face meetings are held in California . Some ‘meetings’ are held online via the Elluminate Live learning platform. There are no MPH Distance Program meetings on the SJSU campus (Those meetings are only for applicants interested in the MPH campus program).

A. Online MPH Information Meetings using Elluminate Live!

The following meetings will be conducted online using the Elluminate Live! instructional platform that is used in the distance courses. You can attend this meeting from your home or office computer, regardless of your internet connection speed. Participants will be able to hear a live presentation and ask questions by using a computer microphone/headset or simply text-messaging within Elluminate's system.

All particpants must pre-register for an online information meeting. Once you pre-register, you will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare your computer to use Elluminate and participate in the meeting. The following dates and times have been set up for the online meetings (Please note that the first one-half hour is reserved for participant audio check-in and system set-up. All meetings are Pacific Time (PT):

B. Onsite MPH Information Meetings

Please note that attendance at information meetings is not mandatory. A decision on your admission to this program is not affected, by whether or not you can attend a meeting.
