PropertyIntroductionThe Property Office reports to the Director of Procurement & Support Services, which is encompassed in the Finance Services Group under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Finance and the Vice President for Administration and Finance. The Property Office is responsible for maintaining a two year physical inventory cycle, tagging University and Foundation donated property , maintaining accurate inventory records, adding financial data to the asset management system, and surveying and disposing of surplus property.
