If your company has a DVBE Utilization Plan, SJSU will require you to have your plan approved by the State Department of General Services Procurement Division and complete DVBE Schedule C.
If your company has made a Good Faith Effort to hire DVBE Subcontractors, SJSU will require you to document your efforts and complete DVBE Schedule D.
