The conferring of degrees signifies long, hard work on the part of everyone involved including students, faculty members, administrators, parents, spouses, and other family members. Because of this, all attending parties are expected to maintain decorum consistent with the occasion.
Graduates are expected to return to their seats after the on-stage presentation and remain seated for the duration of the ceremony.
Appropriate regaila is required to participate at commencement and is available through the Spartan Bookstore and online. Access regalia and announcements online.
