Thu, Dec 14	Registration closes at 11:59 pm with no add/drop activities. Registration will reopen on the first day of instruction on January 2, 2024, with payment due the same day.
Sun, Dec 17	Payment due date for courses added from Oct 11 - Dec 14
January 2024	Most classes meet each day, beginning January 2, 2024
Tue, Jan 2	First day of instruction Add class without late fee Drop without a W and with 100% refund Payment due same day of registration
Wed, Jan 3	Last day to drop without a W and with 100% refund
Thu, Jan 4	Last day Add class without late fee Submit Audit, Credit/No Credit Option Form Drop With W grade using Petition for Course Drop, 75% refund. Requires instructor, Department Chair, PaCE* and Undergraduate Education Associate Dean signatures. After this day, No REFUND for courses drop.
Fri, Jan 5	Add using the Late Enrollment Petition and $45 late fee. Requires Instructor, Department Chair and PaCE* Associate Dean signatures. GAPE** signature is required.
Mon, Jan 15	Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Day - Campus Closed
Fri, Jan 19	Last day of Winter Session - Finals Last day to drop/withdraw from Winter with instructor, PaCE* and Undergraduate Education Associate Dean signatures
Tue, Jan 23	Grades due from faculty
Wed, Jan 24	Grades posted for students to view First day of Spring 2024
