A Message from the Department Chair
Welcome to our website. I hope that you will find it to be a useful resource.
The anthropology department has been affected in significant ways by the public health
emergency facing our region and the rest of the world. In accordance with orders issued
by the Governor of California, Santa Clara County officials, and the SJSU President,
our department has suspended all in-person classes for the rest of the semester, and
has converted them to remote learning formats.
The anthropology office was closed on March 16, and will remain closed until further
notice. If you have questions related to one of your courses, please contact your course instructor via email. If you have advising questions or requests, you may email me at email@example.com. For General Education advising, contact the ACCESS Success Center.
Please stay up to date by checking SJSU's Health Advisories website.
