Procurement & Support Services is responsible for selecting the best source of goods and services for the university in compliance with a wide variety of accessibility, ethics, fair practices and other policies. PASS, or "purchasing" works to acquire equipment and services for campus departments at the best value consistent with quality and time considerations.

Spartan Shops, Inc.

Purchases, products and services for Spartan Bookstore, Spartan Dining, and Spartan Stadium.

Student Union, Inc.

Purchases, products and services for the Event Center, Aquatic Center, and Student Union.

San Jose State Research Foundation

Purchases, products and services for the university with funds obtained through research grants and charitable contributions.
