International Document Requirements (O-Z)

The following list will show how to properly submit your international school work and degrees to our office. Please follow the instructions for your particular country so your documents can be accepted by our office.

If you can not find your country listed in the letter group please email our office for instructions on how to submit documents for your particular country.

Pakistan

TOEFL Requirement: Yes
(TOEFL is waived for these universities which are English medium only)

Education Document Requirement:

1. University mark sheets for each year/semester of study showing subjects and marks, with maximum and minimum passing grades. We need mark sheets issued by university, not colleges.
2. Degree/diploma certificate(s) from issuing university. College issued is not accepted.
3. Provisional degree certificate for provisional admission process, limit to once only.
   Provisional certificate must satisfy all of the following requirements:
   The certificate is issued by the university conferring the said degree
   The certificate clearly states that convocation has been applied and paid
   The certificate clearly states when convocation will take place
   The certificate is issued no more than one year prior to beginning of applied term.
   Records must be certified as true copies of original document and sent by issuing university.

For students already in San Jose area, student may make clean copies of all original mark sheets & degree certificate issued by the university, bring BOTH original and copies to the office of Graduate Studies & Research. The reception staff will compare and certify copies for application use and return to student original documents.
NOTE: "Results Cards" are not acceptable.

Education Translation Requirement:
