This vision service plan is applicable to all faculty, staff, MPP, and confidential employees.

Vision Service Plan (VSP)

The CSU provides a vision care benefit to eligible employees through Vision Service Plan. The State pays the premium for you and any dependents. The vision benefit allows one comprehensive calendar year examination every 12 months and one set of lenses and one frame, or contact lenses, every other calendar year. There is a $10 co-payment for this benefit.
