University Personnel distributes Master, Student, and Daily Pay Warrants.

Master and Student Pay Warrants
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM &
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Daily Pay Warrants
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM &
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Pay warrants will not be released in the following situations:

  • Outside of the designated pickup times
  • Anyone not designated on the Warrant Release Authorization form
  • Department does not submit an Attendance Sheet (applies to academics departments and for Master Pay only)
  • No photo I.D. present

Master Payday

Please see the Master Payroll Calendar for days of Master Payday for the year. Master Payday is held in the North Conference room in University Personnel (UPD building, 3 rd floor) from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM for your convenience. From 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, please check in at the front desk. If your Unit has live master pay warrants to be picked up, the UP contact and all designees will receive an email by 9:00 AM that day indicating the unit has pay warrants ready for pick up.

When collecting Master Payroll, academic units are required to submit a signed Attendance Sheet.

Student Payday

Please see the Student Payroll Calendar for days of Student Payday for the year. Student Payday is held in the North Conference room in University Personnel (UPD building, 3 rd floor) from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM for your convenience. From 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, please check in at the front desk. If your Unit has live student pay warrants to be picked up, the UP contact and all designees will receive an email by 9:00 AM that day indicating the unit has pay warrants ready for pick up.

Daily Pay Warrants

Daily Pay Warrants are issued throughout the week for a variety of reasons (overtime, stipends, bonuses, etc.). If your unit has Daily Pay Warrants to pick up, the UP contact and all designees will receive an email by 9:00 AM that day indicating the unit has pay warrants ready to pick up. Daily Pay Warrants are only available for pick up with photo I.D., from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
