Maternity-Paternity-Adoption Leave
The Maternity-Paternity-Adoption-Parental leave is a paid leave of up to 30 work days, associated with the birth of your own child or the placement of a child with you in connection with adoption or foster care.
This type of absence is not charged against your leave credits.
- Cal State University Maternity/Paternity/Adoption/Parental Leave: Provides information about your paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child.
- Leave of Absence Request Form (PDF): Employees request for leave of absence.
- Employee Medical Certification (PDF): Used by employee's or employee family member's health care provider to certify medical condition.
