All SJSU students, faculty and staff are eligible to participate in campus recreation programs, including:
- Cardio, toning and strength training classes
- Intramural league sports, individual sports and tournaments
- Drop-in sports such as badminton, soccer, basketball and volleyball
- Activities and trips such as skiing, hiphop dance, golf and surfing
In addition, employees are eligible to join the Cross/Aerobic Training Sessions (CATS) and work-out during their lunch hour.
