Applying to the MPH On Campus format

New students are admitted to the MPH program only once a year, to begin course work during the Fall semester. Applicants may only apply to either the campus or distance option, not both. All the information you need to complete your campus admissions application is contained in the SJSU Campus MPH Format Admissions Packet PDF.

Applications will be accepted between October 1st and May 1st. Applications received in our office after May 1st, will not be eligible for review. Complete applications received by February 15th will be eligible for Early Admission Decisions (notifications will be made in March by email). 

Campus MPH Information Meetings

If you are interested in applying to our campus program, we encourage you to attend one of our MPH Information meetings. As we are not able to hold private meetings with potential applicants, this is the best place to meet faculty and students and also get answers to many of your admissions questions.
