Our biggest event of the semester is attended by hundreds of alumni
and community members from campus and the neighborhood. For residents
who have family living nearby, this is the perfect time to invite
them to enjoy the fun of being at I-House.
Pancake Breakfast is organized by the Resident Advisors of I-House,
and all of the cooking, serving, and entertainment is provided
by residents. It is amazing to see all of the talent that we have
under one roof at the I-House.
Residents wear traditional dress, which really brightens up the
day. We have a large selection of traditional dress outfits so
residents pick an outfit that they would like to wear for the
day; in many cases it is not from one's own country so it is a
special opportunity to be introduced to the tradition's of another
country.
If you do have traditional dress from your country that you would
like to wear, we hope you will bring it to the I-House. Also,
if you have any traditional dress outfits that you would like
to donate to the I-House, we will be very appreciative.
