Drop Policy
Drops can be performed online through your MySJSU account. Students who fail to officially drop a class will receive an unofficial drop grade of "WU" (equivalent to an "F") on their permanent record.
- If you drop before class starts and up to one day before the first class meeting - Full refund minus $20 fee.
- Please see the refund schedule for each term. It can be found on the class schedule page for the term. If you drop past the date listed for a 75% refund, you must use the Late Drop Form found on the previous page.
- Full refunds for textbooks will be given by the Spartan Bookstore up to three days after the first class meeting. Textbook receipts and a validated drop form are required. Books must be in "new" condition if they were purchased new. When you return your books, be sure to let them know that you are a student in the Special Session MST Program.
