Alan Levenson is an international tax lawyer with 30 years of experience. Alan received his LLM in Taxation from New York University in 1979 and his JD from Whittier College School of Law in 1978. He is an adjunct professor at San Jose State University in International Tax and has been a frequent speaker for many years on international tax topics. Alan began his career at Bank of America where he served as International Tax Counsel. Alan was with Deloitte & Touche from 1987 until 2004 and now has his own practice. Alan has substantial experience assisting multinational companies with international tax issues with an emphasis in designing international structures.
