The Strategic Planning Steering Committee (SPSC) seeks to engage diverse voices in a series of Campus Conversations.  Community engagement is essential to an effective planning and evaluation process. The aim of the site is to elicit feedback from campus constituents, provide transparency throughout the planning process, and increase SJSU community involvement in the resulting campus initiatives through a centralized web-based platform.

Current status of strategic plan: 

In October, the SPSC forwarded a working draft of the strategic plan to the President, who has tasked University Advancement with further revisions. The working draft contains the work of the five task forces that are linked below. Please note that this remains a work in progress, subject to change.
