Welcome to the SHC Online Services!

 

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve services at the Student Health Center (SHC), we have implemented a new online appointment scheduling system that is avaiable 24/7.

The SHC uses a secure and confidential system which allows currently enrolled students (faculty and staff are not eligible to receive SHC services) to:

  1. Make an appointment. (Click Here for Appointment Types)
  2. View and cancel already scheduled appointments.
  3. Update your Student Health Center profile to reflect your current cell phone number, address, email, and emergency contact information.
  4. Receive secure messages from your provider.
  5. Complete required forms:
    • Health History
    • The SHC Fee Policy
    • SHC Privacy Notice (Click Here)

If you have a medical emergency, you should seek emergency medical assistance immediately by dialing 911 or going to the nearest emergency facility.
