The CSU Early Assessment Program (EAP) helps high school students evaluate their academic
preparation for college, especially for writing and math courses in college. EAP looks
at number of factors — including a student’s high school GPA, test scores and courses
taken in high school — to identify which first-year math and writing courses are the
