Minor Information Sheet

Retroactively effective from Fall 2010 for students who completed Bus016 in Fall 2010

This is a 15-unit university minor, housed in the College of Business. The minor is open to all university majors at the undergraduate level. Students wishing to earn the Interdisciplinary Global Leadership & Innovation minor must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Complete* Bus016 – Introduction to Global Leadership & Innovation This course will be offered once every semester	3 units
2. Complete* Bus165a – Global Leadership Lab This course will be offered once every semester	3 units
3. Complete* two APPROVED, NON-BUSINESS electives Your elective courses will be approved by the minor advisor, per your personalleadership development plan, which will be completed in Bus 016. Electives must be in the area of Leadership and/or innovation, and be taken outside the College of Business.	6 units
The above 12 units can be completed concurrently, the sum of which complete the prerequisites for the final required minor course.
4. Complete* Bus165b – Global Leadership & Innovation Practicum This course will be offered once during the Spring semester, each academic year	3 units

*A cumulative GPA of 2.0 (C) or above is required in all minor courses to fulfill requirements.

Interdisciplinary Global Leadership & Innovation Minor forms and checklist will be distributed and submitted, during Bus016. You will include the Interdisciplinary Global Leadership & Innovation Minor checklist with the graduation application packet you submit for your major. You can get information regarding the minor from university, major and/or College of Business advising centers. Additionally, questions regarding the minor can be directed to:
