Welcome to the Jack Holland Student Success Center

The Jack Holland Student Success Center is the central advising office for all undergraduate business majors. We help with academic planning (includes general education and major course requirements), the graduation application process, understanding college and university policies and procedures, and advice for students on academic probation or those disqualified from San Jose State University.

Please note the form to sign up for drop-in advising may close early if we reach capacity based on the number of advisors available. Additionally, the Jack Holland Student Success Center will be closed for visitors from Monday, September 23 through Monday, September 30. All operations will be virtual during this time.

Service #2: Drop-in Academic Advising

Drop-in advising are 15 minute sessions. You can review the schedule and sign up here. *The queue may close early if we reach capacity based on the number of advisors available.

Service #3: Academic Advising Appointments

Appointments are 30 minute sessions. Schedule an appointment via Spartan Connect (In-person and Zoom).
