Case Management

What to expect in a meeting

During a case management session, students are encouraged to openly share matters such as personal stress, academic concerns, or social challenges that maybe affecting them. Open dialogue can help both work together to identify next steps.

How to refer someone in need

If you’re concerned about a friend or student, you can submit a BIT Referral Form or a Request for Assistance from SJSU Cares. And you can always refer yourself whenever you feel you need some extra support.
