New Scheduling Procedures for Personal Counseling
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will contact students to schedule their first first regular session of the semester. During the regular semesters (fall and spring), CAPS office contacts students after they attend their first triage (assessment appointment) or if a returning student was placed on the waitlist.
To assist us in providing more clinical services, beginning July 1, 2019, we will be scheduling students and asking that you contact us by the next day at 8:00 AM to confirm or cancel the appointment. If we don't hear from you by the stated time, your appointment will be given to another student wanting services.
