For urgent consultations or assistance during our hours of operation (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm), there is always a staff member available to assist you either on the phone or in person.
For after-hours urgent consultations or assistance, please call our main number (408-924-5910) and press 4 to connect with the after-hours crisis service.
The County Suicide & Crisis Line at (855) 278-4204 or National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255 are also available toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition, you may send text messages for help to 839863. Text "ANSWER" in your message to have the Crisis Call Center respond to your text message.
