Soo Choi

Lecturer in Social Science

Professor Choi has been teaching Asian American Studies and U.S. history at San Jose State University for the last ten years. He has conducted research on minority relations in New York, Los Angeles and the Bay Area.

His books Ethnicity and Social Stratification and Asian Americans 101 will soon be published. He occasionally teaches anthropology and history classes at Santa Clara University and UC, Santa Cruz. Soo is originally from Korea and enjoys fishing and golfing.
