    • First Day for Submission of "Late-Add" material requests to Faculty Affairs for review by the Late-Add Committee.


January 2013
 

 

01/25

  

 

    • Last Day for Submission of “Late-Add” material requests to the Office of Faculty Affairs for review by the Late-Add Committee.


February 2013
 

 

02/07

  

 

    • Deadline for the Late-Add Committee to Approve/Reject “Late-Add” Requests. Late-Add Log and materials will be returned to the Department (approve/reject). Department RTP and Dean RTP review must be completed by deadlines below and returned to the Office of Faculty Affairs no later than 3/8/12.

    • Department Chair & Department Level Recommendations due to Candidates.
 

 

02/28

  

 

    • Candidate Response to Department level recommendations due.


March 2013
 

 

03/07

  

 

    • Dean, College & College Committee Recommendations due to Candidates.
 

 

03/08

  

 

    • Approved “Late-Add” materials and Log must be delivered to the Office of Faculty Affairs.
 

 

03/18

  

 

    • Candidate responses to College Level and Dean recommendations are due to the Office of Faculty Affairs.


* Copies of recommendations must be given to each candidate. The candidate then has
ten days to respond before recommendations are forwarded to the next level.
