Campus Copier Program Instructions

Review programs costs:

• Departments pay a base program fee of $1,500 per black and white copier and $1,920 per color copier at the beginning of each fiscal year.
• Not everything is included in the base fee. For details on any additional costs, see our Campus Copier Program Handbook (pdf).

Review available copiers:

• For a list of copiers and their specifications, see Copier Manuals and Specifications.

Perform quarterly meter readings:

• Submit by the 5th of September, December, March and June.

Order supplies as needed:

• For copier supplies, use the Copier Supply Order form (pdf).
• For copier paper, use your ProCard to order from 

  OfficeMax

Request service when needed:

• If your copier needs service, call the CCP at 408-924-1566.
• When the copier service provider arrives, please call the CCP again so we can track response times.
