Purchase Order Status

 P.O. from a Requisition (not a RapidReq)

  1. Check your copy of the purchase order for an estimated delivery date.
  2. If your delivery is past due, check the Contracts & Purchasing Services Directory and contact the Buyer listed on the purchase order.
  3. The Buyer will contact the vendor and find out the status of your order for you.

 P.O. from a RapidReq

The RapidReq is similar to the requisition, but the processing time is much shorter. The reason for the shorter processing time is that the requestor must perform certain tasks that Contracts & Purchasing Services usually perform, including expediting your own order.

  1. Check your copy of the purchase order for an estimated delivery date.
  2. If your delivery is past due, contact the vendor and find out the status of your order.
