Personnel Service Representatives conduct new hire orientations which include collecting Form I-9 documents verifying employment eligibility; meeting with all separating employees to include an exit interview, and processing personnel transactions for all university employees, including student assistants.

Our Personnel Service Representatives are responsible for specific departments and colleges on campus. Please refer to Your HR Representatives to determine whom to contact with questions regarding New Hire Orientations, the employee separation process, or use of the employee profile to complete personnel transactions.
