Application Process
- The Workforce Planning unit screens all applications for minimum qualifications
- Applications that meet the minimum qualifications are then referred to the hiring department for review
- Applicants selected for an interview will generally be notified of the interview appointment by telephone
- After the first screening date (FSD), the process may take up to 12 weeks. Management and academic support positions may take longer
- Persons not interviewed will be notified after the position closes and the successful applicant has been selected
- The hiring department makes the final selection and offer of employment to the successful applicant
