Performance Conversation
The Performance Conversation is an ongoing way for a manager and employee to review and monitor progress.
It is also recommended that the Performance Conversation Worksheet be used after the first 90-days of employment for the new MPP/Confidential.
- Employee and Manager should complete the Performance Conversation Worksheet independently
- Employee and Manager should meet and discuss the individual Worksheets together and review progress against current objectives
- Take copy of employee’s Worksheet and provide a copy of both Performance Conversation Worksheets to employee
- File Worksheet for future reference when completing the Annual Performance Review process
