Organizational development services are available to San José State University managers and staff. This internal consulting service is offered to the campus community with the primary objective of fostering positive working environments and improving working relationships.

A customized plan is created for each group, based upon an initial needs assessment. Services provided may include, but are not limited to:

• Climate assessments
• Change management
• Conflict resolution
• Performance management consultation
• Team building
