The Performance Conversation is an ongoing way for a manager and employee to review and monitor progress.

Use the Performance Conversation Worksheet as a tool for preparation and a reminder of objectives that were set during the year.

It includes a comprehensive overall view of performance through narrative, focuses on objectives, and helps the evaluator to recommend further competency development.

For the Annual Performance Review, self-evaluations should be compared with the manager’s review in a separate discussion prior to the final review by the manager.
